Civil Ceremony Suites

Our beautifully refurbished Willow Room provides a bright and airy setting with double doors opening out onto a beautiful outdoor terrace, perfect for dining semi al fresco and suitable for smaller groups and more intimate ceremonies catering for up to 80 guests.

While our Clara Suite sets a more romantic candlelit scene and can accommodate larger parties of up to 220 on a circular seating style.

Other options include our regal Sakura Suite with high ceilings and drop chandeliers, complemented by stunning wall panelling and a unique cherry blossom inspired colour scheme. The Sakura Suite can hold 200 guests on circular seating.

Our contemporary decorated and draped Seasons Suite is flooded with natural light, able to hold 250 guests and catering for larger parties.

Each suite can cater for a range of guests other than what is mentioned above, allowing for a mixture of seating arrangements if required.

Mix and match the locations between your ceremony and banquet or choose to hold all celebrations in the same space. We are happy to create bespoke offers to ensure we are delivering the perfect option that fits your vision of your special day.

In Preparation of Your Civil Ceremony

All couples must sign a declaration of no impediment and obtain a Marriage Registration Form (MRF) from a Registrar in advance of the ceremony; this will be issued after they have completed the necessary notification procedures and the Registrar is satisfied that they are permitted to marry.

Couples will need to give at least 3 months’ notice of intention to marry in person to a Registrar. For more information on how to book a ceremony, whatever avenue you decide suits your personal style best, but within the Republic of Ireland, please click here.

It is advisable to read this information prior to booking your appointment to meet the Registrar to serve notice of your intention to marry.
